Can I return something?

How do I use a gua sha or facial roller?
Always use on clean skin with a facial oil or serum so the stone glides. Work upwards and outwards with light pressure — from the neck up to the jaw, cheeks, and brow. Five minutes a few evenings a week is plenty. Pop your roller in the fridge for an extra de-puffing boost.
Are your stones real crystal?
Yes — our gua sha and rollers are genuine rose quartz and jade, which is why each piece has slightly unique colouring. Natural variation is part of the charm.
Is it safe to use the electrical tools?
All our electrical devices (steamer, cleansing brush, thermal wand, curler) are tested to UK/US standards. Follow the included instructions, keep chargers away from water, and don't use on broken or irritated skin. None of our products are medical devices — for skin conditions, please see a professional.
My order arrived in separate parcels — is that normal?
Completely. We ship each item from its closest warehouse, so multi-item orders sometimes arrive a day or two apart.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
